Body Talk

Cost: $300

Yoga for Women with Body Image Issues and Disordered Eating Patterns. Comprehensive 12 Session program using yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, and art/journaling processes to support women in understanding and addressing the complex relationship between food, body image, emotions, and behavior patterns. Includes personal journal, art supplies, weekly in-class exercises, and homework!

Casual Body Talk
Fall 2008, Saturdays 10:30am-12pm

Cost: Drop in, $17 or 5 class pass , $75.

A Saturday Morning class which will include a 45 minute yoga practice paired with topical discussion focused on body image and disordered eating. There will be a screening process for those not previously enrolled in the comprehensive Body Talk program. Contact Caroline if interested.
